Nimbo Posterior Walker

Description

The Nimbo Posterior Walker supports the child from behind, requiring them to adopt a more upright posture and help promote trunk extension. With a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium frame, all adjustments are tool-free.

• Increase opportunities to participate independently with peers in experiences where children are standing
• Can be used for individual and/or group experiences
• Supports the child’s body allowing the upper limbs to be free for use
• Enables the child to experience the environment at the same level as their peers

Things to consider

• Use of standing frames should only occur for periods of time where the child’s peers are also standing
• Educators should consult with therapists and parents about appropriate timeframes for use
