Inclusion Support QLD will provide resources and support for ECCC services across Queensland to build their capacity to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families. The resources will support educators to develop inclusive practices, policies and processes.

The Early Years Learning Framework emphasises the importance of cultural competency to support the development of every child’s sense of ‘belonging, being and becoming’. Whether you are a current educator, or training to be an educator, you should always be looking to learn more about other cultural practices and develop skills for communication, and interactions across cultures.
